Spectacular S Week.

First of all: major props to Kayleigh for editing the html so that now you can in fact see the youtube box in its entirety. As a reward, we let her list her last.fm tracks to the right. Check it out to see what everyone's listening to.
Just in case you are confused, this is a playlist. There are more videos that you can skim through using the arrow buttons on either side of the youtube box or from the thumbnail list along the bottom. There is a lot more greatness, if you can imagine, past "Superstition" by Stevie Wonder.

I switched up a few things this week. One, the last song we played on air "She Moves in Her Own Way" by the Kooks has been completely replaced by the Kooks covering "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley live wandering the streets of Paris. Courtesy of La Blogotheque. It's just better.

High schoolers rock at covering the New Pornographers, lots of other people don't. The Wizard Rock MS paint video for "Save Ginny Weasley" is worth your time, too.

Also, for "Sleepyhead" by Passion Pit, there are two clips. One plain old live version for TV, another is a home video clip acoustic version with the PS 22 kids chorus and Michael Angelakos.

Special thanks to VH1 Classic for coming through in the clutch with a video for "Sugar Sugar" by the Archies.
